Sahha has closed a $1.2 million funding round, bringing total capital raised to $4 million. The round saw follow-on participation from returning investors Supermoon Capital, Aura Ventures, and Antler, with new strategic backing from Gandel Invest, Func Ventures, and Cutri Family Office [1].
The funding comes as demand grows for developer-friendly APIs that capture, analyze, and activate data from wearables, smartphones, and lifestyle sources. Already integrated into fitness franchises, wellness programs, insurance incentive platforms, digital therapeutics, and wearable-native startups — with support for over 300 devices and apps — Sahha is positioning the platform as a foundational layer for health-aware product design.
“Our mission is to help product teams turn fragmented health data into meaningful, personalized user experiences,” said Aleks Dahlberg, CEO and Founder. “The consumerization of health and wellbeing is here, it’s growing fast and far beyond the traditional confines of health tech. Projects are demanding not just secure and reliable sources of data, but research-backed analysis of it so they can deliver the best user experiences — and that’s why we are here.”
Where the funding is going
The capital maps directly to the three directions on Sahha’s product roadmap: unlocking higher-fidelity data, making human state measurable, and building the tools to activate that understanding.
Unlocking core data
Most health data today flows through intermediaries — Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect. These aggregators are useful but introduce latency, limit data granularity, and create platform-specific edge cases. Sahha is investing in direct integrations with leading wearable platforms — Garmin, Oura, and Whoop — to deliver higher-resolution data sync without the constraints of aggregation layers.
Beyond wearables, the roadmap includes expanding into new data domains: nutrition, blood reports, and reproductive health. Further out, Sahha is developing face scan capabilities for contactless vital sign capture via camera — extending passive data collection beyond what wearables and smartphones currently capture.
“We constantly hear from projects pushing back against the exorbitant costs of wearable integrations — this is something we are laser focused on solving,” said David Pipe, Head of Engineering. “We’ve put significant resource into minimizing the cost to collect data, analyze it in real-time, and store it. We are the only provider that can do that at a rate fit for any market or project.”
Making state measurable
Sahha’s thesis is that raw health data only becomes valuable when it’s transformed into signals that products can act on. The platform already delivers Scores, Biomarkers, Insights, and Archetypes. The next phase of “making state measurable” extends this into new territory:
Engagement tracking — measuring how health states correlate with app retention and usage frequency, connecting physiological data to business outcomes.
Context tagging — letting developers label events or states to understand their impact on biology or business metrics.
Audience segmentation — grouping users by dynamic health and behavioral state rather than static demographics, enabling more precise personalization.
BI analytics and correlation insights — deep-dive reporting that connects health data to business outcomes for enterprise decision-making.
Activating state
The longer-term roadmap moves from understanding to action. Sahha is building toward a Recommendations API — a trigger engine that automates the “next best action” based on live health context. Beyond that: smart journey builders that adjust user paths based on how people are actually living, and AI agents that act as autonomous health assistants on behalf of users.
These activation capabilities represent where Sahha sees the market heading — from passive dashboards to adaptive, behavior-aware products that respond to users in real time.
The market context
The consumerization of health is expanding well beyond traditional health tech. Fitness apps, longevity platforms, coaching products, wellness clubs, lifestyle brands, and even e-commerce platforms are integrating health data to personalize experiences and drive engagement.
“Sahha has built an essential layer in the customer engagement stack,” said Grayson Judge of Supermoon Capital. “By giving companies the ability to unlock and act on user health data, Sahha empowers companies to build dynamic customer experiences that supercharge retention and revenue. We see this technology being instrumental in delivering next-gen products, marketing campaigns, and brand experiences.”
Product teams building in this space face a fundamental build-vs-buy decision on the data layer. The complexity of cross-device normalization, sensor data processing, longitudinal trend analysis, and behavioral modeling is high — and it compounds with every new data source, biomarker, and user. Sahha’s position is that most teams should not be building this themselves. This funding lets the platform absorb more of that complexity so product teams can focus on what differentiates their apps.
What’s already shipped
The investment lands at a moment of acceleration. In the months leading up to this round, the team shipped:
- Real-time scores and biomarkers — eliminating intra-day processing delays so health intelligence updates as data arrives
- Archetypes — dynamic behavioral profiling from passive health data (sleep patterns, chronotype, exercise habits)
- Insights — trend detection and population comparisons that answer “is this improving?” and “is this normal?”
- Developer Dashboard overhaul — new analytics, API query builder, and enhanced user profile views
- On-device data methods —
getStatsandgetSamplesfor instant local health data access
The next phase — funded by this round — will scale these capabilities while building toward the engagement, segmentation, and activation features on the roadmap.
Sahha’s sandbox remains free for up to 25 user profiles. Developers can start building at app.sahha.ai.
